Weight loss by itself can be a goal. To better achieve that goal, lifestyle changes may be necessary. Our clinic providers are trained in Lifestyle Medicine. Many diseases are a result of lifestyle. With our comprehensive approach to healthy weight loss, we address underlying factors to help you achieve healthy weight loss.
Rx Health & Wellness providers are also trained in Lifestyle Medicine. We know that 80% or more of the chronic diseases that we face in healthcare are lifestyle diseases, accelerated or treated with lifestyle interventions or lack thereof. At Rx Health & Wellness we want to do more than just educate patients on what they should do to be healthy, we want to give them access to the tools they need to do this and then cheer them on as they work to meet their goals.
